Osama Bin Laden Pronounced Dead…For the Ninth Time

James Corbett

The Corbett Report

2 May, 2011

…Now in 2011, President Obama has added himself to the mix of people in positions of authority who have pronounced Osama Bin Laden dead. Some might charge that none of the previous reports had any credibility, but as it is now emerging that Osama’s body was buried at sea less than 12 hours after his death with no opportunity for any independent corroboration of his identity, the same question of credibility has to be leveled at this latest charge. To this point, the only evidence we have been provided that Osama Bin Laden was killed yesterday are some images on tv of a burning compound and the word of the man currently occupying the oval office.

But given that an informed consensus has formed around the opinion that Bin Laden died long ago due to kidney failure, will the people of America hold their President to the highest standard in presenting evidence that the person killed was actually Osama Bin Laden, and that he actually died in the way described, or will this pronouncement go unquestioned like so many other deaths in the never ending war of terror? READ MORE…

You have let America down

You Did

By Barry Tudor

You have let America down

You let them drag us into the ground

You turned your head and you closed your eyes

You closed your heart so heavy with sighs

You turned away from all that’s true

You turned away from what you knew

You took the lies so easy to swallow

You looked like a fool seeking something to follow

And those who saw as plain as the day

What was real and true and would not go away

Who told the world what science has easily proved

And when I told you, you could not be moved

The ability to question the things in this world

Are being curtailed, plans being unfurled

You hear the easy and comfortable things

Which do not disturb your imaginings

And the ones who are proven to be the cause

The very ones who write all our laws

That kill the freedoms we used to enjoy

Hurting the lives of every young girl and boy

Taking away their chance to be free

And live the promise given to you and to me

America was the home of the brave

Now seems to have its foot in a grave

And the other on a banana peel…

Are any of the things we are told real?

I still hold hope...

A Brief Lesson in Chicago Politics

Editor’s note: If you cannot take tongue in cheek humor, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT read this article!

By Unknown Author

To understand the next 4 years, you have to understand “the world according to Chicago”. While Chicago is a city in Illinois, it is almost a completely different country when it comes to politics, with a whole different set of morals and language. There are only three rules and a Prime Directive which anybody can understand. You don’t even need an attorney to understand them — and if you need an attorney…well… you know too much! So look out for Rule #3!

RULE #1. No matter what you see, hear, or do — you don’t know anybody and you know nothing!

RULE #2. If you capture something on tape or camera — it reveals nothing!

RULE #3. If you know what everybody knows in Chicago — well, you still know nothing.

And what is the PRIME DIRECTIVE in CHICAGO?

No matter what the vote, Socialist criminals win the election.

Rod Blagojevich, is the former Illinois Governor who tried to sell Obama’s seat in Congress. Obama was asked by the press if he had ever met Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

Barack Obama: “I only saw Rod Blagojevich one time… And that was in the stands and from a distance at a Chicago Bears Football Game.”

Now for a reality check…  Continue reading

Flotilla – Problem, Reaction, Solution

We are being played by both “sides.” This is a classic case of the Hegelian Dialectic – problem, reaction, solution. The Flotilla’s intention is to break the blockade, not to deliver “humanitarian aid.” The people on the boat have been programmed to hate Israel and the Jews that live there, and the people trying to board the Flotilla have been programmed to hate the Arabs on it. This is a manufactured situation where nobody wins but the people pulling the strings!!!

Rand Paul Defends BP

By Barbara H. Peterson

Looks like Rand Paul may be just another wolf in sheep’s clothing.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100521/ap_on_bi_ge/us_rand_paul

In the article, he defends BP. It seems he wants to spread the word that shit happens, it’s really nobody’s fault.

Other Republicans have criticized the government’s handling of the oil spill. But few have been so vocal in defending BP, the company responsible for the deep well and offshore rig that exploded last month, killing 11 workers and spewing millions of gallons of oil.

Paul said BP has agreed to pay the costs of the cleanup and damage. “I think it’s part of this sort of blame-game society in the sense that it’s always got to be somebody’s fault instead of the fact that maybe sometimes accidents happen,” he told ABC.

He also referred to a Kentucky coal mine accident that killed two men, saying he had met with the families and admired the coal miners’ courage.

“We had a mining accident that was very tragic,” Paul said. “Then we come in and it’s always someone’s fault. Maybe sometimes accidents happen.”

Everyone counting on change with Rand Paul better be prepared for more “change” that we cannot swallow.
