An Indiana county municipal official in the vicinity of Chicago reveals the contents of his meetings with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security. The initial requests seem reasonable enough when FEMA asks the county officials to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan to deal with flooding, fires, high winds and tornadoes.
But as the required meetings and calls with FEMA and DHS continue over a two year period their request become more unusual, raising suspicions of county officials.

“We want to know every important thing in this county. We want to know where police departments are. Where weapons are stored. Hazardous material. Where can we land a helicopter. Where are the airports. How big a plane can you land at the airport. Where are all the bridges. Where are all the power stations. Where are all the generating stations.Where are all the substations. They literally wanted to know where everything was. I’m sitting there thinking man if there was ever martial law. This kind of information is exactly the kind of stuff they are going to want. We’re just laying it all out for them right there.”
During the legally mandated meetings held with FEMA and DHS different disaster scenarios were reveled to county officials:
• In late December 2008 municipal officials were invited to Indianapolis for a briefing on the state of Indiana. There were told if industry were to collapse for example GM going bankrupt resulting in mass unemployment a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
• Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan.
• The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
• FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
• The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
• The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
• The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.

I have very little money also, Becky. When I make food, I make extra and freeze it. I purchased a used freezer from the Salvation Army for $75 and it works great. Prepare yourself for not being able to go to the grocery store for 6 months if you can. Do it one step at a time. Dry fruits and veggies under a fan, learn to can. Learn survival skills. Prepare to self-quarantine.

I really believe the chaos will centralize in the high population areas. I was in a FEMA meeting with local law enforcement present and they have a monthly planning meetings about such scenarios. One eye opener I heard was the “relocation operation” where if a city was hit with a bio/chem/nuke incident, massive population moblilization will be implemented. They plan to sort, register, control and move people to “safe zones” away from affected areas. For instance Detroit, Hamtramic area would be relocated to housing on bases, resorts, public schools, YMCA, PRISONS, hotels motels, vacant homes, AND OCCUPIED HOMES. (this recent housing crash has left thousands of homes vacant and abandoned) The facts prove that the road sign codes are real. Tthey are marked.. The realestate companies have marked a lot of these places with their own sinage that have codes on them for FEMA use.
The Detroit Hamtramic region are to be transported NORTH to cities designated in Northwest Michigan. This will appear to be a good thing, yet the more hidden agendas that ensue during such operations is frightening. As Obama officials have blatantly stated–why waste a good crisis– Political enemies become targets. Read the latest coming out of Homeland security–They have labeled all Constitutional, freedom loving people as “terrorist”. Why? They are globalist and WANT chaos to further the agenda of destroying our American Constitution and assimilate us into global minions under international control. GOD HELP US!!!
In the early 80’s I got off active duty from the Army and told my friends about what I knew and how it would be executed. They all laughed at me and thought I was paranoid or nuts. Well they now realize I was right all along. What can we do…. not a whole lot because when we had the chance to do something, no one had the balls to do it. It is now every man (woman) for himself. Be alert and stay alert. When cellfones don’t work you had better be scared. When you hear helicopters, big diesel trucks, unusual train or air traffic, or unusual traffic jams…you are in immediate danger.
Most people are clueless and I don’t have time to help them except me and my loved ones.
Faith in Jesus Christ as Savior is a good place to start. I don’t want to sound like a religious fanatic, but I became a christian some time back and I know how it gave me security in my soul that my sins are forgiven by the cross of Jesus shed blood. Remember how they tell us, separation of church and state, when they want to shut up churches, but it’s OK for them to pray in government to make you believe they are for you. If your church campaigns any at all, they will end your tax free status. The thing that bothered me about the article you referred to is this:
The e-mail writer, who didn’t want his name used, added, “Like I stated in no way am I anti-religious however this sign could be deemed offensive for many people, because of the nuclear thing mostly, as well as what it states will happen to public schools.”
Are we to take down everything deemed “offensive” to anyone? How about if I say that I believe that eating raw foods is healthy? That could be offensive to fast food junkies. Oh, wait, calling people fast food junkies could be offensive too. For that matter, just thinking that could be offensive to someone somewhere. Next stop, the thought police.
When do we draw the line between freedom of speech and being careful not to “offend?” And, since when did praying become offensive? It sounds like the commentor believes that prayer just might be worse than a nuclear holocaust. Too bad.

I agree with you Barbara. We are already being forced to walk a fine line between freedom of speech and being careful not to “offend” and we have proposed legislation designed to further distort that line.
I personally find the above saying to be more of a statement of fact than anything else and anyone who has truly been in a dire situation has no problem understanding the message.
Hammond Indiana, a FEMA city with Nazi like politicians, and a KGB LIKE HI RANKING “SECRET POLICE” SQUAD, complete with FEMA facilities which can be used to house dissedents is the place folks. Hammond Indiana is on the border with Chicago. The Democratic machine politicians have a stranglehold on every political and law enforcement office in Lake County Indiana. Plenty of open land near the FEMA camp for mass graves too. Police presence has increased recently in Hammond too. Lake County completes the FEMA plan with a STALIN LIKE “psikhushka” STATE HOSPITAL STAFF of “QUACK” DOCTORS WHO WILL BE ON HAND TO “BRAINWASH” DETAINEES WITH HI DOSAGES of PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO MAKE THE MOST INTELLIGENT CITIZENS “BRAIN DEAD” VEGETABLES.
