It seems to me that a defensive unit can be built which scans audio and video streams to display devices and effectively eliminate these embedded brain entrainment frequencies.
This could represent a whole new set of devices and/or software targeting and filtering these type of subliminal waveforms. These types of brain entrainment frequencies may be encoded in any frequency spectrum or data train sequence but are at least identifiable.
Even “accidental” bad entrainment patterns could be eliminated thus making our media devices safe in terms of accidental or even subversive intrusions.
There is extensive public domain material concerning these patterns and their uses.
Such a basic and available media for implementing manipulation of peoples minds and moods certainly has not escaped the notice of those who can benefit from it’s use and afford the cost of it’s implementation.
Why not defeat this huge vulnerability using simple (somewhat) scanning systems already being used for virus protection?
Actually, these types of signal patterns are perfectly suited to scan via signal processors coupled with high speed (3+ Gigahertz) 128 bit dual microprocessors. This with an ample buffer and
beefy RAM could enable translucent background scanning in an up-datable single unit which could also accommodate secondary (auxiliary) signal scan inputs and outputs purely for audio/video signal filtering to discreet devices.
Such a device could handle multiple channels and multiplexed signals… all filtered for brain entrainment signals.
Off set frequencies and ‘corrected signals’ would allow viewing otherwise subliminally infected signals.

Dan, where can we obtain protective devices to guard against the low-freq EMFs emitted from various devices in the home? You seem to have enough of a basic idea to conceptualize for an electrical engineer, and start making prototypes. If the cost is not prohibitive, you could and the engineer(s) could profit and the rest of us could protect ourselves.
Just for conversation. What if this is real? what if it can happen? Most American’s and other citizens of the many countries around the world don’t realize the extremity of the situation. My HDTV runs at a constant 60 Hertz too. Nothing influences that. It’s the way the TV works. It’s set at a constant refresh rate, just like old TV’s did back in the old days. Stuff like flicker rates and and refresh rates, those are constants and are based on hard science, not wackjob patents that produce nothing. FYI Television equipment…. in fact you don’t even need the equipment to be in the same location in order to get these kind of effects. This could be a completely remote operation using the electronics inherently insitu within the brain circuitry itself.
There are a lot of people who seem very certain about these kinds of technologies and the improbability of their existence. Perhaps they would NOT find it beneficial to continue any further research upon this subject. I think you underestimate the power of this article. You should really do your homework before you make the decision to talk about something you obviously no nothing about. Electromagnetic waves effect the body because we use electrical waves in our bodies. If you think that it does not effect you I dare you to try what the patent implies. You will not I know, but don’t shoot down what you hear because of lack of understanding. The thing about the switch over to digital and the govt issued boxes is that most did not work and now you have scores of folks who cannot afford cable without TV or unable to watch TV. In a way, its probably the best thing that could have happened to them. Their reading more and doing other things. Although a lot of folks are watching TV and movies on their computers now.
